Protection of personal data

In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5TH  December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (RGPD), you are informed that your personal data collected in this form will be processed by ATAM para el Apoyo Familiar (hereinafter, ATAM), as Data Controller, for the purpose of managing and processing your registration, based on the consent given. We also inform you that during the Event FUTURO SINGULAR images may be captured for the purpose of disseminating and promoting this activity. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, portability, and opposition by sending a written communication to ATAM, enclosing a copy of your ID card, to the postal address Calle de la Orotava nº 4, 28660, Boadilla del Monte, Madrid and C.I.F. G28456283 or by sending an e-mail to the following address: protecciondedatos@atam.es / info@atam.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the AEPD ( www.aepd.es/). Authorization for use of image

Likewise, I expressly authorize ATAM to capture, record, during the EVENT FUTURO SINGULAR, images in which I may appear - in which I intervene as an assistant - as well as their subsequent fixation, reproduction, distribution, public communication or making available. This authorization for the use and exploitation of the image and/or voice is made with the full extent legally permitted at a temporal and territorial level, being able to freely make use of said videos, images, or voice recordings. Said cession is completely free of charge. All the above is subject to the limitations and under the terms set out in the legislation in force in each country, and specifically in Organic Law 1/82, of 5TH May, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image. To this end, I authorize and consent to the exercise by ATAM of the intellectual property exploitation rights of the Audiovisual Material in which I appear. This authorization for exploitation is understood to be given for an unlimited period and is also given free of charge.
